Hello and welcome! My name is Lauren, and I am the creator of this platform. I started this blog with the goal of providing a resource for people who help people, such as medical practitioners, healing arts practitioners, coaches, therapists, and others, to build successful businesses.

Before starting this blog, I served for many years as a marketing executive at high-tech companies. Things changed for me as I grew my family when I suffered from a debilitating illness called hyperemesis gravidarum, which left me bedridden for months and made it challenging for me to carry out daily tasks, let alone manage a high-pressure job. 

During this time, I received incredible support from medical and healing arts practitioners. Their care, guidance, and expertise helped me through my challenges. I was so grateful for their help that I decided to give back in my own way.
